Q: How do I make an appointment?

A: You may complete the online booking information or by contact us via the practice email or telephone number.

Q: Is the practice contracted to medical aid?

A: We charge private practice rates and do not deal directly with medical aid. An invoice will be issued with ICD10 coding that will be sent for you to submit to medical aid and claim back.

Q: What is the consultation fee?

A: Duration of all physiotherapy sessions are 60 minutes and are charged at R700 per session. Please contact the practice for more information about prehabilitation pricing.

Q: What methods of payment do you offer/How do I make payment

A: We accept card, cash and EFT

Q: What are the consultation hours?

A: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00. After hours sessions can be arranged. 

Q: Can I bring my child for a physiotherapy session?

A: Yes, children from and above the age of 7 are welcome – to be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
